Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, repair, and trial operation of hydraulic and electro-hydraulic systems at the service center and customer sites. Perform fault analysis, corrective actions, and system optimization. Create estimates and proposals, while pursuing new orders attached to after-sales service. Requires basic knowledge of hydraulic products and practical experience in service business, with ability to travel domestically for field service. TOEIC score of 500 or above (400 minimum) and standard driver's license required. Located at Yokohama Service Center near Kitashin-Yokohama Station. Annual salary up to 8 million yen.

- サービス業務の実務経験
- 国内顧客向けフィールドサービス出張が可能なこと
- TOEIC 500 点以上
- 高いコミュニケーション能力
- 顧客志向
- 前向きな姿勢
- 普通自動車免許
Desired Qualifications
- メカトロニクス技術者、または機械・電気エンジニアとしてのとしてのバックグラウンドを有する方
- 自律性があり、自ら考えて行動できるマインドセットを有する方
- PC操作に慣れており、電子サービスレポートの作成経験があること
