Job Summary
DCGS-MC Test Analyst will assist with functional requirements-based testing and integration testing for USMC ISR processing and exploitation capabilities. Tasks include analyzing functional requirements, preparing test steps and test cases, developing documentation such as Test Readiness Reviews, Test Plans, and Test Reports, and reporting/tracking software defects during formal testing. Requires a High School diploma or GED, 6 years of computerized system experience, experience with a C4ISR PoR (DCGS-MC All Source, GEOINT, or SIGINT), strong software testing background, Security+ CE within 60 days, active Secret Clearance, and willingness to pursue additional certifications. Familiarity with JIRA, JAMA, CMPro; VMware, Linux, Active Directory, and HBSS is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Six (6) years of Computerized System experience, to include: Design, Development, Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows-based operating systems
- Demonstrated experience with a C4ISR Program of Record (PoR) such as DCGS-MC All Source, DCGS-MC GEOINT, or DCGS-MC SIGINT
- Background in Software Testing with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability and willingness to listen and take direction well, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Security + CE Certification required within 60 days of employment
- Active Secret Clearance
- Willingness to pursue Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)/ Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or vendor/platform specific certifications
- Prior Marine Corps system experience preferred
- Familiar with JIRA, JAMA, CMPro; experience with VMware, Linux, Active Directory, HBSS is a plus
