Job Summary
Lead supplier quality mentor for casting and manufacturing suppliers, resolving quality issues using 8D, PSS, and 5WHY methods. Support quality management plans for purchasing projects and systematically develop supplier quality capabilities. Monitor and improve supplier KPIs such as IPM and PPM while collaborating with domestic and overseas purchasing colleagues as a technical specialist. Apply quality tools including FMEA and Control Plan, leveraging expertise in casting, heat treatment, and manufacturing processes. Maintain fluency in English for technical communication. Preferred experience includes supplier management, APQP, and PPAP.
Required Qualifications
- Skillful on Quality Tools, such as 8D, PSS, PDCA, FMEA and Control Plan
- Skillful on casting and heat treatment knowledge
- Have enough knowledge of coating, manufacturing
- Fluence listening, speaking, reading and writing by English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience on supplier management will be preferred
- Experience on APQP, PPAP will be preferred
