Job Summary
Manage supply chain planning and demand planning to drive delivery performance and optimize inventory levels while controlling costs. Lead the planning team to achieve defined KPI targets, oversee resource planning for headcount and logistics, and improve planning processes for greater transparency and agility. Utilize AI agents and digital tools to accelerate digital transformation within the team and workflows. Support people development and build sustainability competencies while removing barriers to high performance. Apply Lean management and Agile methodologies to design processes and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Above 5 years working experience in customer demand planning/ production plan role
- 3+ years as function leader
- Supply Chain Planning and Management
- Office software
- ERP system knowledge e.g. SAP
- Lean production and lean logistics knowhow
- Process design capability
- Hands-on process improvement experience with VSDiA tools
- Project management skill
- Understanding of Lean management
- Understanding of Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban...)
- Communication skill
- Presentation skill
- Good Learning Ability
- Leadership style as a role model to drive team for high performance
- Solid understanding of key mega trends in new technologies, particularly within the automotive sector
