Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the management of Dakota Connection Bingo & Casino's operations including casino, food and beverage, marketing, and finance. The role involves planning and maximizing productivity, providing financial and departmental reports to leadership, overseeing renovation and projects, and ensuring adherence to corporate accounting practices. Applicants must possess a B.S./B.A. in a business-related field and five years of upper management experience in casino operations. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage department heads, and knowledge in the Indian Gaming industry.
Required Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. degree in a business related major
- Five (5) years of upper management casino experience in a casino
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a management position in a class III gaming facility
- Eligible for a Primary Management Official (PMO) Gaming License
Desired Qualifications
- Professional knowledge of management concepts, principles, and practices of the Indian Gaming industry
- Knowledge of developing and implementing organizational plans
- Strong interpersonal and facilitator skills
- Proven writing and computer skills
Additional Requirements
- Must satisfactorily complete a 90-day probationary period
- Must be licensable by the SWO Gaming Commission
- Must obtain a PMO Gaming License
