Job Summary
DC Worker role responsible for unloading, sorting, and loading cartons and pallets in a fast-paced distribution center. Duties include unloading inbound cartons, inspecting for Accuracy and damage, sorting onto pallets, loading outbound freight onto trailers, maintaining certifications and safety, and supporting automated material handling systems such as driverless forklifts (AGVs/AMRs). Work hours are 6:30am–3:00pm with open interview sessions scheduled. Qualifications emphasize warehouse experience, ability to operate pallet jacks or similar equipment, safety and inventory-flow knowledge, and English proficiency. Site located in Carlisle, PA, US; employment offers both part-time and full-time options and an emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred
- Ability to operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (or willingness to become certified)
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and inventory flow
- Able to lift and move cartons/pallets up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in English - Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
