Job Summary
Supervise daily warehouse schedules for shipping, receiving, loading, stacking, picking, and palletizing while determining storage space requirements and scheduling product distribution. Ensure equipment maintenance and a safe, clean environment by enforcing safety rules, hazardous material handling, and company policies. Monitor employee attendance and productivity, providing counseling as needed, and coordinate with operations managers regarding shipments, merchandise shortages, and cut-off times. Maintain records for lost sales, errors, and production reports, and recommend procedural changes to improve unit efficiency. Requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience with material handling and inventory tracking.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years prior work experience in a warehouse related field
- Previous work experience in a warehouse or distribution center including material handling, inventory tracking, and providing work direction to other teammates
- Associate Degree, or equivalent experience
