Job Summary
Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator responsible for overseeing day-to-day workflow of the department, assisting in meeting department goals, resolving operational issues, and training subordinates to improve performance. Focus on safety and PPE usage, maintaining a clean, organized, and secure workspace, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and costs. Requires experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations, plus strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities to guide team and drive continuous improvement. Shift options include 5:00am–1:30pm or 1:30pm–10:00pm, with pay at $20.50/hr or $22.00/hr respectively, plus benefits as outlined in company offerings.
