Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate 3 (Picker) is responsible for picking all line orders, staging them for shipping, and utilizing RF scanners to ensure accuracy. Candidates should demonstrate product picking proficiency, knowledge of database functions, and possess excellent communication skills. Successful applicants will thrive in a busy environment, be goal-oriented, and possess strong leadership abilities in addition to physical aptitude for lifting and working in varying conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Picking position
- Ability to work in Distribution Center environment
- Ability to lift weight up to 100+ pounds
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift certification
- Bi-lingual in Spanish
Additional Requirements
- Be willing to work 2nd shift hours (4pm-1am)
