Job Summary
Unload inbound trailers safely and efficiently using RC forklifts or other warehouse equipment, ensuring timely completion and maintaining continuity at the receiving dock. Move product to designated locations while strictly following safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe work environment. Provide friendly, proactive support to internal and external customers by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns. Maintain high accuracy in documentation and consistently meet quality and production goals across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles. Cross-train as needed to perform other duties while actively participating in training programs to refine skills and stay current on developments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift 65 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate all facilities
- Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices)
- Must be able to see at close and far distances
- Must be able to lift, bend, carry, and push repetitively

- Prior warehouse / manufacturing experience
- Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment
- Remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- Prior forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication
- Excellent customer service skills

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
- Proven track record of consistently producing error-free work and meeting quality standards
