Job Summary
Develop and provide thorough safety training programs for new and current associates. Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and determine corrective actions. Collaborate with various departments to successfully implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of training sessions and safety incidents. Track and review the efficiency of safety training programs and deliver recommendations for refinement. Serve as a safety advocate, promoting a culture of safety awareness and safety guidelines. Conduct new hire orientation and train new associates
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in safety training within a distribution center or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to strictly adhere to and enforce safety policies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments
