Job Summary
DC Trainer at WOW Logistics will lead new-hire and equipment training at the Jerome distribution center, delivering 40 hours of MHE training, safety topics, process training, and maintaining training records. Responsibilities include assisting with safety/audit activities, post-accident follow-up training, annual MHE evaluations and recertifications, and traveling to other WOW locations as needed. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm with pay of $21/hour and incentive programs. Requirements include 2+ years in warehouse operations, 2+ years of training/leadership experience, strong communication and computer skills, ability to operate MHE, and MHE certifications with a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
- 2+ prior training or leadership experience
- good language, reading, computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
- ability to safely operate all types of material handling equipment and attachments
- MHE certifications and current/valid driver’s license
