DC Team Leader

Lead a 20-person DC team at the Eskilstuna distribution center to ensure daily operational excellence across inbound, outbound, returns, VAS, and inventory. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, driving safe and inclusive operations, applying HR best practices, supporting recruitment and capacity planning, aligning with cross-functional partners, improving processes through data and collaboration, and maintaining inventory integrity through counts and audits. Fluency in Swedish and English, strong KPI/routine focus, and a hands-on, adaptable leadership style are essential for delivering aligned service levels and continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail logistics environment. The role is a fixed-term contract ending 31 August 2027 with rotating evening and weekend shifts in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
