Job Summary
DC Support Technician responsible for maintaining and managing RF scanning equipment, Monarch label printers, desktop PCs, laptops, and PDT equipment in a DC on a Wednesday–Saturday shift; provide technical support for printing, scanning, and general systems/hardware inquiries; troubleshoot cross-department WM/PTL/CAM/RLM/MHE applications; maintain IDF cabinets and elevation of lifts; diagnose and test network issues; onboard new teammates in WM system and manage AS400 user access; resolve WMS issues and assist with password resets; serve as Service Desk liaison during non-peak hours; coordinate with vendors and other teams during outages; participate in IT projects and weekend after-hours work; and engage in teammate development plans.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Technical- Computers
- <1 year experience
- Distribution Center experience
- Warehouse management systems experience
- Cisco networking helpful, but not required
- Knowledge of IntelliTrack Asset Management System helpful, not required
- Knowledge/Experience with Jira Ticketing Portal helpful, not required
- Knowledge of Apple Products – iPhones & iPads
