DC Supervisor - Shipping

Direct the daily outbound operations of the shipping/loading department within a distribution center. Oversee all aspects of the shipping/loading department, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, collaborate with operations and DC managers on payroll figures and budgeting, perform scheduled evaluations of team members, provide leadership, training, and guidance to maintain high productivity and morale, assist in setting annual goals and plans to achieve them, collaborate with HR and operations managers on recruiting, hiring, and training, assist in planning and approving annual capital expenditures, maintain safety standards and identify unsafe practices, and perform all other duties as assigned. Preferred candidates may have college degree or logistics certification, supervisory experience, multilingual ability (Spanish highly desired), and advanced computer skills.
