DC Supervisor - Maintenance

Job Summary
Oversee and supervise the maintenance team at the Oklahoma City distribution center, developing and maintaining cost-effective procedures for repairing and maintaining all equipment (e.g., conveyors, tote repairs, compressors, pallet wrapping machines, computer cabling). Implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance log system for distribution center equipment, prioritize daily workload for facility and grounds, and supervise maintenance staff including assistants, specialists, and custodians. Lead safety initiatives with OSHA training compliance, ensure contractors adhere to safety policies, manage on-site projects (remodels/new construction), and support budgeting, procurement, and reporting on staff productivity. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years in a maintenance/facility supervisory role; strong communication and ability to work in a team; bilingual skills (Spanish) desired.
