DC Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise daily order picking, inbound receiving, and outbound shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely shipment of goods. Monitor workflow, track productivity, and coach associates on error reduction while maintaining safety, quality, and JSOX documentation standards. Process customer orders, packing slips, and BOLs; coordinate replenishment of pick bays and shipments with carriers using the Redwood TMS. Train new pickers, complete annual performance reviews, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency. Partner with customer support, sales, and office staff to meet customer expectations and lead the Small Parcels Department.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of forklift experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in a warehouse or DC environment
- Experience using inventory scanning systems and warehouse technology
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overtime as business needs require
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift 10–20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toe footwear
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Five or more years of warehouse or DC experience
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
