Job Summary
DC Supervisor – Distribution Center, 2nd shift in Marshalltown, IA. Responsible for supervising production staff, coordinating shift operations, promoting safety and productivity, ensuring proper training, monitoring machinery and facilities maintenance and sanitation, maintaining production records, meeting schedules, and applying union contract policies. Requires strong supervisory and interpersonal skills, and good verbal/written communication; multilingual ability is beneficial. Education includes a high school diploma or GED; college experience recommended but not required.
