Job Summary
Pack contents of orders into appropriate size boxes for international shipments, ensuring products are in sellable condition and properly labeled. Maintain a neat, well-stocked work area; complete paperwork neatly and legibly; demonstrate professional customer service at all times; communicate effectively with warehouse and company personnel to meet customer and company expectations; work in a safe manner and arrive on time for shift. Requires basic math, reading/comprehension, and ability to identify products by markings; warehouse packing experience for international operations is a plus; ability to lift up to 70 pounds and operate in a typical warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- Warehouse, pick and packing of international operation experience preferred
- Ability to identify products by item markings
- Customer service oriented
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to determine correctness of packing process in relation to specified guidelines learned during initial training and during any ongoing training.
