DC Operations Manager - Outbound

Assist the distribution center manager in directing the day-to-day outbound operations of a single distribution center. Oversee outbound operations, including service, assets, costs, and team members; ensure compliance with company policies; manage payroll, budgeting, and inventory integrity; provide training and guidance to outbound staff; supervise 1-15 outbound supervisors and up to 300 hourly team members; collaborate with the DC manager to set annual goals, recruit and train outbound personnel, and evaluate performance; work with the DC manager on budget planning and approving expenditures over $1,000; foster a safe work environment and actively manage risk and costs; contribute to achieving productivity and morale goals.
