DC Operations Manager - Critical Infrastructure

Job Summary
Lead operations of data center facilities including electrical distribution, cooling, and environmental systems to maximize uptime and safety; manage incident response, preventive maintenance, and vendor performance; drive capacity planning, energy efficiency (PUE), and regulatory compliance; collaborate with IT, engineering, and deployment teams on new site readiness, commissioning, and expansion; ensure SOP/EOP/MOP adherence, safety and documentation; prefer experience in hyperscale or AI-driven data centers.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in data center or mission critical facilities operations
- Electrical distribution (UPS, generators, switchgear)
- Cooling systems (chillers, HVAC, CRAH/CRAC, liquid cooling exposure preferred)
- Experience operating in high availability environments with strict uptime requirements
- Vendor management, maintenance programs, incident response
- Familiarity with BMS/DCIM systems and operational monitoring
- SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs development and enforcement
- Safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements
