Job Summary
Perform warehouse duties such as unloading, reboxing, and checking of inbound returns and outbound merchandise to vendors. Unload various merchandise, verify unloads against manifests, assist in loading and shipping. Process all return merchandise and warranty items, dispose of HazMat chemicals, and maintain inventory. Complete shipping paperwork and ensure compliance with safety standards. Team members with experience may train new staff, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Working knowledge of the automotive warehouse and/or store industry
- Familiarity with automotive parts
- Advanced computer skills
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
