Job Summary
Perform outbound functions such as loading, picking, or packing orders for shipment in a DC environment. Accurately locate and pull merchandise, consolidate and pack stock order items, and ensure that freight bills are completed correctly. Operate handheld computers and various equipment while adhering to safety and productivity standards. Responsibilities include training other team members, maintaining a clean work area, and performing all tasks with attention to accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and match numbers and letters quickly and accurately
- Strong mathematical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Previous work experience in a similar warehouse environment
