DC Materials Handler - Outbound

Job Summary
Perform outbound DC tasks such as loading, picking, and packing orders for shipment using DC-WMS and RF/voice-picking equipment. Locate and pull merchandise by item codes, place items in totes, label totes accurately, and ensure weight limits (60 lbs) are not exceeded. Maintain accuracy and productivity in order picking, consolidate and pack stock for efficient customer checks, and itemize products not shipped on freight bills. Operate printers and labeling, keep totes stocked, tie and secure freight for loading onto trucks, and ensure freight bills reflect correct routes and totals. Assist with training duties as a trainer for the DC target program, ensure safety standards, and communicate effectively to team members. Qualifications emphasize strong communication, numeric literacy, and math skills; bilingual Spanish is highly desired.
