DC Materials Handler - Inbound

Job Summary
The DC Materials Handler is responsible for accurately handling incoming products to maintain inventory, including unloading merchandise, matching counts to documentation, and placing skids in assigned areas. Duties include receiving products, researching discrepancies, and stocking products in various storage locations, as well as performing tasks according to safety and best practice standards. The position requires basic computer skills, teamwork abilities, and proficiency in reading numerical and alphabetical characters. Experience in a warehouse and familiarity with automotive parts are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Must complete and pass a company-standardized test
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Experience in a warehouse environment specifically with alphanumeric or RF directed stocking
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Advanced computer skills
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
