Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on all facility equipment, including propane and electric forklifts, chargers, conveyors, and grounds. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality goals while maintaining a clean work environment. Provide friendly, proactive support for internal and external inquiries and assist with operational parts of the distribution center. Work flexibly across multiple areas as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- One-year experience in general mechanical and maintenance needs relating to forklifts, racking, and grounds
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift 65 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate all facilities
- Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices)
- Must be able to see at close and far distances
- Must be able to lift, bend, carry, and push repetitively
