Oversee order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders while training and coaching employees. Monitor performance and production goals, correct errors, and escalate issues as needed. Create BOLs, bill orders, run reports, and ensure processes and policies are followed. Identify and correct production issues, maintaining overall area organization and cleaning. Drive motorized equipment for long periods, performing frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Requires high school education, two to three years general labor experience, and preferred two years of lead experience. On-site wellness, fitness center, and food service available.
