Job Summary
Lead implementation of the school's behavior management framework and oversee student records compliance with IDEA, FERPA, and OSSE requirements. Coordinate IEP meetings, Special Education documentation, and transportation logistics while supervising behavioral supports and records processes. Provide functional supervision, coaching, and oversight to Therapeutic Behavior Aides, Resource Instructors, and support staff. Facilitate behavioral case reviews, develop replacement behaviors, and ensure PBIS implementation with data-driven decision making. Schedule eligibility and manifestation meetings, maintain active and archived student records, and lead ESY operational planning. Align practice with regulatory requirements, support compliance audits, and provide staff training on FBA/BIP implementation. Serve as a resource to students, families, staff, and school leadership.

- Minimum five (5) years of school-based behavioral and/or special education experience
- Experience coordinating IEP compliance
- Experience coordinating student records
- Experience coordinating behavioral programming
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to sit
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely respond during behavioral crises
- Ability to attend evening meetings as requested
