Job Summary
On-site DC Inventory Control Analyst at Burlington Stores' Redlands distribution center, driving inventory control initiatives, SOX compliance, and SOP development. Leads physical inventories, audits policies and procedures, analyzes inventory data, and supports multiple distribution centers with cost savings and process improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years in inventory control with WMS (Dematic preferred), strong Excel skills, and effective communication under deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Analyst, or related distribution center roles
- 2+ years of experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Sortation System (Dematic preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and inventory management software
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
