Job Summary
Retrieve and relocate all products from facility areas, including receiving docks, stack lanes, and put-away locations. Use RF scan guns to accurately assign merchandise to physical locations and ensure compliance with proper zone placements. Complete operational processes for merchandise relocation while maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly quality and production goals. Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns. Follow safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Rural King's core values of People First, Integrity, and Teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift 65 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate all facilities
- Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices)
- Must be able to see at close and far distances
- Must be able to lift, bend, carry, and push repetitively
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
