Job Summary
DC Governance Analyst at Mercer responsible for ongoing service delivery and governance of Mercer’s DC Products (Mercer Workplace Savings, Mercer Master Trust, Now Master Trust). Supports the DC Governance and Oversight Leader and team in ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, delivering on SLAs/KPIs, producing client and supplier invoices, quarterly reports and engagement insights, and contributing to the Master Trust Assurance Framework across internal and external stakeholders. Emphasizes proactive problem-solving, stakeholder management, reporting, data accuracy, and cross-team collaboration within a hybrid work environment in London.
