Job Summary
Operate powered industrial equipment, including stand-up forklifts, per OSHA guidelines and Ferguson SOPs. Responsibilities include accurately picking and storing products in assigned locations, assembling containers, maintaining organized supplies, and using hand-held RF units, scanners, or voice devices. Communicate effectively with teammates, participate in associate meetings, and report concerns to management. Work on the Second Shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM) with overtime as scheduled; benefits and incentive programs accompany the role. The position supports inventory integrity and product safety while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-Employment background check & drug screen are required
- Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet
- Equipment experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
