Job Summary
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the department and meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Resolve operational issues, train and motivate subordinates, and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Cultivate a clean, organized, and secure environment while adhering to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment. Work 2:30p-11:00p Monday through Friday at $23.50/hr.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience
- Has proven the ability to train others
- Fully proficient in multiple core warehouse functions
- Proven understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficient
- Strong organization skills
- Leadership qualities to take and give team direction
- Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred
