Job Summary
Lead cross-functional team of Warehouse Processes, SAP EWM, Warehouse Planning, Logistics Analytics and Operational Performance across Denmark and the Netherlands; drive operational excellence, standardisation, and transformation projects for distribution centres; develop and roadmap SAP EWM and related warehouse solutions; own performance management framework with reporting, dashboards, KPI structures and follow-up; develop warehouse and capacity planning processes, improve workload and resource forecasting, support peak planning and operational readiness; ensure robust data quality and an analytical foundation for decisions; collaborate with DC leadership, IT and management to turn data, systems and processes into practical improvements; 37 hours per week with start as soon as possible; location-focused collaboration between Aarhus (DK) and Venlo (NL).
