Job Summary
Deliver and complete store order deliveries and pickups on assigned city counter routes using a company vehicle, follow specified route schedules, ensure accurate loading and delivery to correct locations, and maintain safety standards. Communicate with city counter management regarding parts delivery, manage delivery/pickup forms for stores, city counter, and external vendors, and perform vehicle maintenance per policy. Trainers may lead DC target training for new hires and communicate procedural changes. The role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and advancement within O'Reilly Auto Parts.
Required Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- License required by state
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) desirable
- Previous driving experience
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
