Job Summary
DC Business Expert to train and support 3PL operators in WMS functionality and warehouse processes, oversee system integrations (WMS, WCS, PLC), and drive compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include communicating system updates, ensuring correct system usage, incident management, supporting the DC Manager, collaborating with global/local stakeholders on operational and project initiatives, conducting business process audits, and driving safety, sustainability, and service standards. Strong knowledge of DC technology infrastructure, warehouse logistics processes, change management, and cross-functional collaboration in a distribution center is required; proficient English and MS Office (including Excel) skills are needed for effective coordination.
