Job Summary
DC Business Expert – 3PL responsible for driving 3PL performance and operational excellence at the distribution center. Shapes warehouse workflows, leads WMS and SAP integration and system rollouts, ensures stock accuracy and compliance, collaborates with cross-functional and external partners, and drives continuous improvement, governance, and sustainability initiatives (garment care, resource efficiency, and responsible logistics). Strong emphasis on proactive performance monitoring, incident management, and cost control, with a background in logistics or industrial engineering and at least 3 years in warehouse/DC operations. Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager with partners across regional sales, operations, logistics providers, and data administration.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering
- at least 3 years in warehouse/DC/logistics operations at supervisor level
