Job Summary
Drive 3PL performance and operational excellence across distribution center operations through strong partnership and expertise in warehouse ways of working. Ensure operational stability via proactive performance monitoring, issue prevention, and effective incident management. Lead seamless WMS and SAP integration, system releases, and rollouts to guarantee smooth, reliable execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strong distribution service, maintain stock accuracy, and uphold governance and compliance through audits and standards. Manage NCG consumption through disciplined monitoring and cost control while ensuring high garment care and sustainability standards. Report to the Distribution Center Manager.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering
- At least 3 years in warehouse/DC/logistics operations at supervisor level
- Strong knowledge of warehouse/DC workflows
- Proven ability to identify and implement improvements
