Job Summary
Benefits Administrator for defined contribution plans responsible for pension data processing, payroll administration, and benefit calculations. Duties include reviewing documents, managing data processing activities, processing participant records and payroll, handling data queries, coordinating with fulfillment for letters/documentation, supporting special projects, and ensuring SOP adherence. Requires strong communication, analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work both in a team and independently in a high-paced environment. Pursuit of professional examinations is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of work experience, Defined Contributions administration preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Possess logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Can work on Microsoft Office or related software
- Ability to work in a team environment and individually
- Effective planning and priority setting
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
