Job Summary
Operate and maintain a wide variety of warehouse equipment including AutoStore ASRS, various Packsize systems, and Sealed Air units; perform scheduled preventative maintenance; troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment to minimize downtime; research and recommend new maintenance tools; maintain a clean, safe workspace and comply with HSE policies; standard shift is 7am-3:30pm (1st Shift) with potential for flexible schedules including weekends and holidays; focus on reliability and uptime of production equipment while adhering to Ferguson standards; employ teamwork and continuous improvement mindset to enhance maintenance capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and/or holiday
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment
- Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic
- Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
