Job Summary
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnoses, and repairs on facilities equipment, fixtures, and property including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, building automation, carpentry, painting, masonry, and appliance repairs. Troubleshoot and correct infrastructure problems with facilities, equipment, and property while safely executing minor and skilled maintenance tasks at customer sites. Requires a 3rd Class DC License and high school diploma. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3rd Class DC License is required
- Knowledge of systems which include but not limited to performing diagnostics and repairs on electrical equipment, plumbing repairs, toilets, sinks, domestic water system, etc
- Demonstrated working knowledge of engineering and building systems
