Job Summary
Outpatient Clinical Manager directs and oversees the delivery of outpatient clinical services for mild to moderate behavioral health needs and substance use disorders in Network180’s Outpatient Clinic. Requires a Master’s degree, full state licensure in a relevant clinical field, and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in human services with DBT training. The role is a 40-hour-per-week, in-person position located at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, MI 49503, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with no weekends or on-call requirements. Preferred qualifications include three years of clinical supervisory experience, CAADC certification (MCBAP), and training in Motivational Interviewing and CBT. Responsibilities include directing and overseeing outpatient services, with emphasis on behavioral health and substance use treatment. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapist
- Full licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist
- At least five years of progressively more responsible experience in human services
- Training in and one year of experience providing DBT
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and treatment methodology
- Computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs
