Job Summary
DBT IOP Therapist responsible for providing comprehensive DBT-based therapeutic services to children, youth, and families; develop initial psychosocial assessments, problems lists, and treatment plans; deliver required case management and inter-agency collaboration; provide 24-hour crisis services; and run DBT IOP groups. Position supports community-based care including in-client homes, schools, and partnership sites, with in-person schedule Monday-Friday and at least one additional non-group day. Emphasis on applying DBT techniques, working with diverse lifestyles and families, and contributing to a mission-focused behavioral health team in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in Washington State (DOH licensure or Full/Associate licensure in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Minimum one year experience working with youth
- DBT skills and theory knowledge
- Evening availability (minimum 3 nights per week)
