DBS 1-year Direct Contract, Specialist, Credit Control, Risk Management Group

Conduct documentation checks to ensure facility and collateral documents comply with approved terms in credit memos. Perform pre-activation checks to verify conditions precedent, collateral placement, and policy compliance before credit facility activation. Follow up with law firms on security document registration and perfection while maintaining system updates for facility revisions. Monitor outstanding documents, covenants, re-valuations, and insurance renewals; prepare escalation reports and process facility cancellations or mortgage redemptions. Support automation and digitalization initiatives by assisting project teams with specification, UAT, and system conversion. Requires a university degree in Business, Accountancy, or Banking & Finance with minimal three years of experience.
