Job Summary
Carry out general gardening duties including planting, pruning, watering, weeding, and lawn care to maintain gardens and green areas to the highest standard. Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools safely while monitoring plant health for pests or diseases. Ensure all garden areas remain clean, safe, and visually appealing for guests, assisting with seasonal landscaping projects as needed. Minimum of one year experience required with flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in landscaping/gardening
- Basic knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and outdoor maintenance
- Ability to use and maintain gardening tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping outdoor areas well-maintained
- Good communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
