Daytime Virtual Foothills Site Manager

Organize online scheduling for all content-area testing and manage the testing room, including appointments, students, and examiners. Ensure proper implementation of testing accommodations in accordance with IEPs, 504s, and TPCs while determining measures to improve student performance on post-tests. Assist with supervision of employees and students, orient newly assigned staff members, and communicate with parents and guardians as necessary. Monitor student progress and notify the site director when schedules fall behind anticipated timelines. Prepare reports, records, and paperwork required for site administration. Participate in the advisement program by serving as an advisor to a small group of students. This virtual daytime role requires availability from 11:00am to 4:00pm and reports to the Site Director.
