Daytime Team Member

Daytime Team Member at Potbelly Sandwich Shop for day shifts between 8am-4pm. Responsibilities include providing fast, friendly, and efficient customer service; operating the cash register and handling cash procedures; restocking and stocking food line; preparing quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.); maintaining a clean and inviting environment; complying with health and safety standards; assisting with delivery, catering, and pickup orders; and addressing customer questions or complaints. Must be able to stand for at least 3 hours, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, be at least 16 years old, and, for Illinois applicants, obtain food safety certification within 30 days of employment. Skills and attributes include strong communication, teamwork, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and comfort with allergens handling (peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, shellfish).
