Job Summary
Daytime Team Member at Potbelly Sandwich Shop responsible for delivering fast, friendly service and high-quality product in a busy daytime shift (8am–4pm). Duties include taking orders, restocking and preparing food items across multiple stations, operating the cash register, handling cash procedures, addressing customer questions or concerns, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and manage allergens (peanut, dairy, gluten, egg, soy, seafood). 18+ for slicer use; Illinois requirement to become food safety certified within 30 days of employment. Required Qualifications
