Daytime Shift Leader - Ice Cream Store

Open the store and efficiently prepare food items while maintaining elevated stock awareness. Accurately communicate and serve customers with thorough product knowledge, then handle cash registers and perform closing procedures. Lead a team through the shift by setting examples for positive interactions, portion control, and cleanliness standards. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team cleaning tasks. Maintain responsible cash handling and execute closing cash out procedures accurately. Daytime availability from 9:30am to 5pm with consistent scheduling throughout fall and winter. Total compensation averages $21.00-$25.00 per hour including base and tips.
