Deliver warm, attentive service from greeting through payment while guiding guests through the menu and making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations. Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, espresso drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality with every drink served while maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized bar. Support smooth lunch service in both the dining room and bar by completing opening duties, communicating effectively with the kitchen and management, and helping maintain a clean, organized restaurant throughout the shift. Resolve guest concerns professionally and restock liquor, wine, beer, garnishes, and bar supplies as needed.
